Posted 06 August 2004 - 03:43 PM Just got my new car one month ago. I guess it is time to do some cleaning and conditioning for my car seats Any brand to recommend? I saw in this forum brands like Mother, Meguiars, Zaino.. etc. which is good and economical? and where to get them? Most people says Mother brand is good, but where to find them. Then I used an mf applicator pad that I got free from an order , and since then very consistent application, I love the nice leather smell that it leaves in the whole car , the smell is almost similar to new leather .

I suggest you get Murphy's Oil Soap to use as cleaner. It doesn't strip away the oils that is inherent in . Conditioner can use Lemon Pledge conditioner. This combo is super cheap. Try the zaino 'leather in a bottle'. You cant go wrong. then i used Meguiars cleaner , did the job all right then i got lazy and started to use a car polishing equipment (you know those machines which go round and round very fast?) with the cleaner.....makes the job done in double quick time then i got really lazy.....never clean for half a year.....now even with the cleaner and polishing equipent also cannot remove little dark stains.....
