I would recommend them to anyone. Our furnace had never been serviced or cleaned for YEARS. Eran went in and cleaned it all and brought us up to date on how to conserve energy and how to adjust the thermostat. Anyone would find it a pleasure to have them come out. PS The price was FANTASTIC! AdvantaClean Environmental of South Austin I had 10 air ducts and a return duct to clean. I thought they were a little pricey for what I needed $120 to come out, a total of $360. to run a snake brush trhough each of the ducts and vacum the vents. They pointed out that my plenum was very dirty and therefore would not clean it because it should be replaced. They sent the pictures tp an AC guy who estimated that it would cost betweeen $400-$1000 to replace. I have decided to delay the plenum repacement. I forgot to ask to have the dryer duct cleaned. I'm very happy with the results of the duct cleaning, but I don't believe the cost was justified. Aaron is friendly and worked very quickly.

I am pleased with the work he did. He cleaned up everything well before he left so that there is no clean up I have to do. There was dust/debris on the floor under the vents and the technician said that they did not have a vacuum to clean up the place. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional--I'd definitely request him again I don't think you have this option available, but I had to spend 30 minutes vacuuming all the dust off of the floors and carpet. I would have been much happier and even paid more if the dust bunnies and junk blown from vents would have been vacuumed up... and even better with a hepa filter vacuum. Your representative did a good job, explained everything and was timely... but left a big mess for me to clean up. Michael explained in detail what he would do, showed me what was needed inside my unit, replaced my filter, and demonstrated the amount of suction going through. He was, nice, cheerful, and polite. Yuval arrived on time, explained everything, and did a fine job as far as I can tell--how can you see inside an AC duct? Cleaned up after himself. Technician was very professional and engaging.
